Every company has its hot line and toll free number, in order for them to know all their customers’ needs, to be reached easily and find solutions on each of their problems. But sometimes due to language differences, you can’t understand what’s the person on the other line is saying which causes much trouble than what problem you had earlier that in fact the reason why you are calling.
This is what you call the outsourced customer service. Some companies are providing trainings for their employees to have better customer service provided, which is at the outmost priority of all the service centers around the world.
Right now, I am considering to outsource some of the things I do online.. Like for example, I have several SEO-blogs that needs content and constant update, I may have to outsource it. Save myself precious time.
