LTO is one branch of government that is giving many people in the Philippines livelihood, including my Tita, my ate and my bro-in-law.

What do they do? They offer nonlife insurance. That is, car insurance and other related stuff. And since this is a some sort of business, it should have a page here.

Car insurance or auto insurance quotes is a service included in their ‘business’ but i don’t think they charge for it. Buy and sell used cars is also another related business to consider.
