Smart Philippines: Suck(ing) Still

Just got off the phone with one of the Customer Service of Smart Philippines (Smart Gold hotline). Still no resolution to my problem.

I’ve been to Smart Wireless Center in SM Marilao yesterday (watched Die Hard 4.0, baby!) and they did found some problem on my sim card – Sim Card registration failed. That’s not new, alam ko na to few days ago, that’s why I was there.

They replaced it that very same day. The gay… opps sorry, the guy there told me that he can have it activated tomorrow. I said today. He said, ok, I just have to wait an hour. Fine by me. But up to now, no signal. Darn it!

Five (5) CS I’ve discussed this problem already, two (2) today! Can you imagine yourself now using your phone for A WEEK?! Pano kung CEO ako ng isang multi million corporation?

Tsk tsk tsk this is bad service. This could mean, 25,000,000 subscribers MINUS one!

Mr. Napoleon Nazareno, if you’re reading sir… Please, sayang naman ako. Isang Smart subscriber din ako for more than 6 years!
