The Transformers at SM City Marilao once again was the venue for Matthew’s 4rth movie.
First he saw Spiderman 3 (May 3, easy to remember eh?), then it’s Pirates of the Caribbean – At World’s Ends – then it’s Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer.
Though yesterday was the movie’s second day of showing, it was still the first weekend so lines are long to the ticket booth. Apparently everyone wants to see the film.
I grew up with the animated cartoon series The Transformers so I am very much familiar with the characters in it. (But let me tell you, for those who doesn’t know… In the movie, he’s not bumblebee.. :-)
I love the effects! It was superb! It’s like almost watching Toy Story :-)
The story revolves around the ‘All Star’ also known as ‘The Cube’. Apparently this powerful thing is the one that creates life on cybertron.
Megatron stumbled into earth in finding The Cube few hundreds years back. He managed to get the coordinates but he was frozen on the arctic. He was discovered by an explorer and the coordinates was printed on the explorer’s cheap eyeglasses.
This eyeglases is what both the Autobots and Decepticons are after. In order to find the Cube they have to have the coordinates of the eyeglasses.
This is where the humans are caught in between. Autobots must get the cube but have to protect human lives. Decepticons however will destroy anything in their path to get a hold on the said Cube.

hi! check my latest post about a very personal trivia on the transformers. hehehe! ;)
Hi, there!
Oh, I just love Transformers! Even my hubby enjoyed it. It’s action packed — from start to finish!
The whole Transformer movie is light hearted flavor, but when it is a fight scene, they really give a nice blow-by-blow Transformer fights. Though, there are some funny moments with Shia in the movie and I love it like that.
That’s it! I want to watch it over and over again.
Elo Eli,
Lee Gorospe has left a comment in my blog asking who is Pinoybanda. Have replied to it. Hopefully he will come back so he will read my reply.
Transformers is absolutely awesome. Saw it last Saturday night in the biggest cinema here. I love it.
Love that movie! Action-packed talaga. And Michael Bay plus the CGI artists behind it did a nice job! Di ako mapakali sa seat ko because of excitement and thinking what next scene is to come. =)
