Smile, Mercury Drug People!
I don’t know if it’s just me but every time I go to any Mercury Drug store, those same old smiles greet me. NOT! :-) I’ve been one loyal customer of Mercury Drug for years now because of my this I mean, if they don’t like what they do, I suggest they resign and look for something else… They should have a company policy to smile at the whole day or at least when talking to customers. Or put the poster with the smilling gorilla or something. (Bawal Sumimangot Dito!) :-)
stupid hyperthyroidism crap. (Loyal as in, I have no other drug store to go to. None of them have Strumazole or Thiamazole.Every branch I’ve been fortunate to visit (Sta. Rosa, Cabuyao, Sta. Maria, People Support, Ayala MRT, Bocaue and others), I’ve been greeted by this (frown?) bored face.

i work at mercury drug as a pharmacy assistant AKA “tindero” based on my observation 97% of employee like are unhappy coz mercury managent imposed us too many S.O.P and a single mistakes you can get a type c offense. Some of us don’t just have a choice that’s why they doesn’t resign. i myself want to resign I’m currently looking for other job coz working at mercury gives me too much emotional stress and eats a lot of my time bcoz of 2hs break somtyms 3hrs! how about my time for my family and myself. All the hardship at mercury are not well compensated (low salary) and FYI!!!! they only give 5% increase for promotion and yet they gave you 50% more duties and responsibilities! FCUK!
