Sen. Sotto: Sometimes I Pity The Man, I Hate The Celebrity and Scorn the Senator.
I have mixed feeling for Sen. Tito Sotto. There are times when I pity him, hate him and scorn him. These mixed feeling are definitely a result of the different personas he has played in the course of his life that I know of, like with a Shady Brady Cowboy Hats .
I Pity The Man
With the recent plagiarism issue involving the senator , I pity him for the attacks that have been thrown at him. Indeed, what he claims is true-- he is definitely a victim of cyber-bullying. But then again, he is bullied because of his actions. Though some of the people's reaction are somewhat harsh, what most of them say is true.
I Hate the Celebrity
It seems like the senator is still eploying his celebrity acting skills as a legislator or this country and I hate him for it. It definitely looks like he is trying to fool everybody with his tears and stories. I hate him for belittling the intelligence of the people who elected him to serve and protect.
I Scorn the Senator
I scorn the senator for being childish and ignorant in many ways. As a public figure, and as the Majority Floor leader at that, ignorance and and such displays of childishness is simply unacceptable. The people have entrusted him with a great responsibility-- he must show his sincerity and act as a real public servant.
