I want one! I tried burning spending some more blog money on Matchbox Twenty’s newest album. The CD will be officially released October 2, and I would want to pre-order mine.
Went to their official website and checkout their Men’s DVD Bundles, and was so glad that the store allows Paypal payment. But when I was about to pay, the site prompted that the shipping address must be the same as my paypal address!
Darn it!
My paypal’s address is in Singapore and I put my brother’s NY address as the shipping.. Too bad..
Here’s what I’m going to do… I’m going to ask my bro to create an account, send some fund and then I’ll use that paypal to order the CD! Pretty smart eh? :)
This is just an example of stuff you will want to know if you stumble upon it. I recently downloaded some new John Lennon MP3s (well, it’s old but its my first copy, so in my case, its new) then i saw that there are lyrics in it! Cool! See how an iPod virgin I am?
So, If you like to sing along with your tunes, you can display song lyrics right on the screen of a supported iPod. This includes:

Lyrics should display correctly in most languages. If they do not, try removing any special characters in the Lyrics pane in iTunes, copy the song back to iPod, and try again.
Tutorial taken from Apple support site … so if this doesn’t work to you, blame them.. :) — it works for me anyway, so that’s a little assurance. :)
The CD, “Exile From Mainstream” is some sort of greatest hits album. This 2-disc album features many of their top hits, plus 6 new tracks, including the hit single “How Far We’ve Come”.
I really thought the band went their separate ways a few years back. Though there are no official announcement, I can feel that that’s the only way they will go since Rob Thomas released his solo album Something To Be in 2005.
I am so glad I was wrong. And so, here comes Matchbox Twenty’s highly anticipated and long awaited Greatest Hits album, Exile on Mainstream, hits shelves on October 2nd.
Just can’t wait until October 2 for your MATCHBOX TWENTY fix? Then be sure to tune in to VH1’s Top 20 Countdown to see “How Far We’ve Come”! Or you can check out Matchbox Twenty’sYuTubeChannel. You can also see the video on the band’s website and Myspace page after the premiere!
I will surely get a copy of this CD.. Most definitely!
Sugarfree’s been planning to have a big first major concert for the part 2 years now, according to Ebe, the band’s front man. This coming September 29 at the Music Museum, all those plans and preparation will all paid off. Together with the Manila Symphony Orchestra, Sugar free will be performing the most awaited major concert!
Saw the launching of Orange and Lemon’s new album and heard the first single…

Good news to all Beatles fans out there! Remember my ‘Let It Be’ post? I found that one night while looking for some John Lennon interviews. I found the full length Beatles movie instead.
Well, the good new is, I found the full movie of their first movie, “A Hard Day’s Night”….
Few facts about the movie:
The people chasing The Beatles into the train at the beginning of the film are real fans.
The movie’s working title was simply “The Beatles”.
The title song was written after the movie was filmed.
A young Phil Collins can be seen in the audience at the television theatre. He’s wearing glasses.
Once “A Hard Day’s Night” was confirmed as the movie’s title, John Lennon (with help from Paul McCartney) composed the song that same night, playing it the next morning to producer Walter Shenson in their dressing room.
Yep, I remember meron silang New Year performance dito sa Ayala/Paseo last Dec 31… On shift nga ako nun eh.. kaso morning shift, kaya di ko rin napanood,.. sayang! (Si misis kasi eh, pinauwi agad ako .. :(
Ayon kay Ely — “Out of control na yung business matters, e.”..
