I want to share this super late post about Terrazas de Punta Fuego pictures. We had our company summer outing last month and we really enjoyed staying here… enjoyed it even more with dudets wearing sexy swimwears.
It’s the first time I’ve ever ridden a jet ski! And it was super!
Anywho… here’s are some of it.

Sorry, if it’s taking a while to load… I have no thumbnails of the photos… Right click the image and ‘view image’ (for firefox) for larger view.
Preparation the night before was hassle free… i didn’t even stayed up late so there’s no acne for me there. Lol
Enjoy!

I know not everyone is aware of the latest happening to (IMHO) the greatest horror/thriller writer of all time - Mr. Stephen King. Heck, even I, a big fan is not that updated with the man. There is a controversy that is being talked about in the internet about Stephen King and it’s not about sexy swimwear
Recent blog and news search shows that Stephen King is currently facing a super small, minute controversy as of this moment.
He’s comment on about the (US) military being illiterate (well, at least that’s what people are interpreting) has grown from a simple part-of-speech early last month to this big issue when a blogger said:
”Nice sentiment when the nation is at war, Stephen.”
Stephen King release a statement last Monday to defend his side of the story, saying:
“That a right-wing-blog would impugn my patriotism because I said children should learn to read, and could get better jobs by doing so, is beneath contempt,”
“I live in a National Guard town, and I support our troops, but I don’t support either the war or educational policies that limit the options of young men and women to any one career — military or otherwise,”
More info on that story here, and here or the Army’s say on the issue. Of course you can see Mr. King’s official statement in his official website.
What ever Mr. King meant, I’m sure it’s just some misunderstanding and Mr. King only wanted to urge the kids to read more. And this also reminded me of The Beatles (or John Lennon’s) statement (”..popular than Jesus Christ”) where people also misinterpret the comment qoutes quoted from Mr. Lennon

How to get a URL to be unbanned in Digg.
I’ve been ranting and complaining about my everything-eli being banned in Google (or at least dropped its PR to 0)… I got over it in a way.
But I got another thing to rant about. My Wrong spelling blog/URL, I think just got banned from Digg. I can no longer submit any post from that blog. Apparently, the users of Digg, buried my blog so no one will be able to submit any URL from that blog.
So, how do you get yourself unbanned from Digg?
I’m sorry, but this post is not a solution to that question. I’m actually asking for help to those whoever stumble to this blog. Any tips?
Help? You could try and submit any URL from my Wrong Spelling Blog and see if Digg will allow the submission.
When I try it, I alway get a:
This link does not appear to be a working link. Please check the URL and try again.
I was wondering if another account could submit a URL from my blog.
Anyway, I just hope Digg reconsiders… I’ll correct all my wrong spelling blog if they do. :)

Hoy! Pinoy Ako! Buo aking loob! May agimat ang dugo ko!! Boy you should hear me sing that song! All my veins are popping out!
Anyway, that’s one of Bamboo’s hits and I am sure every pinoy (filipino) knows that song.
But we’re not here to talk about music (for now). Let’s blog and ‘pinoy’ is the word for tonight!
Have you tried Googling the word ‘pinoy’? No? Well, to save you time, there is 9 million (a few thousand more) websites according to Googel!
And checking Google Trends, looks like people really do want to know something about ‘Pinoy’ (the red one is for Qoutes… and both words are being searched by pinoy themselves! would you believe that?!):

If you’re going to optimize ‘pinoy’ word for your blog, you have 9 million websites to beat! Good luck to that! :D Let’s bring it on!
Well, this is not a an overnight project… This may take a while, so it’s probably ok.
Anyway, I checked Pinoybanda.com’s rank on Googel, and it’s on page 5 with Pinoyblogosphere, Pinoy Travel Blog, Pinoy Big Brother, Pinoyblogero and others.
Most of them are blogs huh? And with the current exposure of blogs on TV, those who search for ‘pinoy’ will probably check out these sites.. but of course, they’ll probably check on Pinoy Banda too! *wink*

Well, here’s another new Social Network just for you who doesn’t want to have a sales career, 3GB Community!
Compared to Myspace (and some others) the interface for 3GB is way way cleaner and prettier. It’s sort of like facebook meets Virb kind of Social Network site.
Since the interface is clean and friendly on the eyes, users will find themselves spending hours and hours creating profiles and linking to old friends and meeting new ones. Aside from meeting friends, 3gb communities lets you upload photos and photo albums, create blogs, chat with friends and other 3GB members and listen to mp3s all in one location!
3GB Community is fairly new, so creating an account now will make you one of the first 1000 (make that first 700 users)! That mean you’ll make tons of friends and create a super large network of friends.
As of this writing, network stats shows:
• Members: 624 members
• Albums: 79 albums
• Photos: 735 photos
• Friendships: 2056 friends
• Groups: 35 groups
• Blog Entries: 49 entries
See, the numbers are still smal enough to know everybody and small enough to meet new comers! Try it now and be the pioneer of 3GB!

I was suppose to post pictures of our company summer outing last April 24, 2008 in Terrazas De Punta Fuego. All pictures are uploaded to my flickr account and ready to be posted here, when I decided to check today’s earnings (I’m still surprised to see $10+ without doing nothing).
That’s when I noticed that there is a new item in the ‘Reports’ drop down ‘view’ menu… It now has a ‘Since Last Payment”

The first thing that struck me is that, although I did takek the ‘hold payment’ option off, looks like the April earnings was not added to the total amount to be withdraw.
Only reason I could think of, is that I think I did that AFTER the 15th of April (which is the cut off of setting up hold). So, my April was earnings was still there and according to Googel, ‘April earnings will be finalized by May 10th‘
I set the ‘payment on hold’ option again (and will not withdraw the earnings till it’s $3,000!!!!) hahahaha!
How To Receive Western Union’s Quick Cash Payment
After Googling around, looks like withdrawing money from Wester Union’s Quick Cash payment is as easy as providing the necessary information to them. Infos like:
- The amount of your payment
- The Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) for this payment
- Your government issued ID (Passport, Driver’s License, National ID, etc)
- Sender’s information:
And I’m going to find it out soon! After this weeks’ (night) work week… and will be bringing the wife along.. since my Adsense account is named after her.. (I am banned you see.. :D )
I can’t believe it! My very first Adsense earnings!
Gonna buy myself a $5 Miele vacuums! *wink*

Please pardon me if I could not hide my excitement and just blurted it all out here on this post…
I just reached $100 in 20 days! That’s a record for me! Eli! I guess I’m really be getting my first ever Google Adsense payment next month! Hurray!!!

I still have 10 more days for April!!! And that is swell coz I still need to earn $20 to make my earnings an even $***.**!!!
Last Month (March), well, the second week of March, when I really started giving time to do the SEO thing, I got $60!! That’s $60 in.. say 17 days!! I am loving this SEO… and the our brothers who does not speak (nor write) English that well.. Wrong Spelling!
I know that’s not a lot for those big time bloggers and SEO pro/addicts, but for me who never had a Googel cheque, this is super exciting!
And like Mr. Armstrong said.. and I don’t want to quote him, I am bad at qoutes… It’s a small step in giants.. or something.. small step, giant leap something.. :D
With that $100, i can have an extra laptop memory!
Well, I love this leap!

How would you know the position of the keywords your optimizing on Google or Yahoo (or MSN or Live)? Do you manually search for it and look for your blog post on each and every page… say till you reach the 10th page and decided to stop and that your post is nowhere to be found in the search engine’s SERP?
To tell you with all honesty, I do.. or did that till Allen of Silkenhut post a tip (a site) where you put in your keyword and the domain and it will search your position for you! Big help! (I am such a lousy searcher… too lazy to find things that would easy my blog life. )

I would like to make this short, super quick post to thank those people who are from Turkey! Are you guys known as Turks as we are known as Pinoys? Not sure, too lazy to googel. :)
Anyway, why am I thanking the inhabitants of Turkey (and the country men of Ruffa Guiterrez’ ex-husband)? Why? Because they give me traffic! And traffics are potential clicks and clicks are money! casshinng! :D If this trends go on, debt relief will be my feeling (if I have plenty!) :)
I just found out that most of my visitors are from Turkey! :D So, thanks!
Cheers!

Have you seen the latest Coca cola commercial airing in Philippine television lately? You know, the angel that goes down from 7th Heaven book heaven to taste Coke?
If you have not seen it yet, see vidio below taken from yutube… as always, the coke commercial catches Pinoy’s fancy.

Here’s a cool tip to find out if you’re chat mate is off-line or just in invisible mode (or worst, enabled the ‘Stealth mode’ so you wouldn’t bother him). :)
There’s actually 4 ways of finding that out. Let’s enumerate and explain/test the best one, shall we?
- Doodle IMvironment
- Voice Chat
- Conference Invitation
- Stealth Setting Check
Doodle Invironment
Select the “Doodle IMvironment”, go look for it in the usual IMviroment part of YM (come on you know where it is).
“If the user is offline, the Doodle area will show “waiting for your friend to load Doodle” continuously”.. its like a whiteboard with writings on it.
But if the user is online (i.e. invisible) after a few seconds you’ll get a blank screen and ready to “Doodle”
Voice Chat
Try inviting the person who ‘appears offline’. If you get an error like “Internal Error. Cannot obtain voice token to start voice chat” or something similar, the user user is indeed off line.
But if there’s no error and it continues to work (you know, with the “talk” and “hands free” enabled and not grayed out) the user is hiding from you! :)
Conference Invitation
This is the same thing as the “Voice Chat” method. You’ll get an error if he’s offline and if he isn’t, you’ll be able to ad him in the conference.
Stealth Setting Check
This is my favorite… So easy to use. All you have to do is enter his YM ID and done. He’s either online or offline.
Here’s a few services (last time I checked, they have errors, except he last one)
Invinsible.ir
Xeeber
Ikitek.com
Enjoy!
