I’ve you’ve been monetizing your blogs for some time now, I’m sure you’ve been doing some link assignments from Payu2blog, BlogToProfit and other related programs. If not, well I guess it’s just me then. :-)

Anyway, BlogToProfit (BTP) usually send out 10 links to it’s members to be completed, preferably in a week. For each completed link, BTP will pay you Php200. So that’s Php1200 for all assignment plus a bonus of Php 300 if you completed within the week. If you could finish it, well that’s still P1200 for you.

PayU2Blog on the other hand offers you assignments on their website so you better sign in regularly to check. Unlike BlogToProfit, their number of link assignments varies from 3 to 30, depending on their advertisers. For each completed link assignment, you’ll be paid $5.

Our small cafe - Inner child Computer system - has been operation for almost 6 months now. The revenue graph looks like a very fine half sine wave even when all the expenses are computed. Like I said a couple of times before, I must find a way to boost sales(?) of service. Gimmicks and promos are way to go plus new services… maybe photo printing or desktop publishing?

Most of the expenses are for the utilities and personnel. There are few hardware failures (mostly mouse and keyboards) but there are lots of cheap spare that can be bought on CDR-king or online (tipidpc and the likes)

In the US, Census PC, is an equivalent, not only selling cheap CPU and other computer peripherals - motherboards, monitors, media card readers, and a variety of other CPU products and accessories - but also video games like Guitar hero II bundle .

Back to the old drawing board for the gimmicks…

Last June 20, I bought a book about Money, the one written by Mr. Francisco Colayco. It’s his 2nd book or a sequel from his first one - Pera Mo Palaguin Mo! - also known as ‘Wealth’.

My office mate had that book and I told him I saw another book just like that, which is the ‘book 2: Money’ (Pera mo palaguin mo 2). Told him I’ll buy the second hand then we can exchange after we finished reading our own. He agreed, hence my new book.

The book was very easy to read. May mga tagalog translation kasi, hehehe. It’s actually so enjoyable, I finished it in 2 days… or should I say 2 commute days.

Book 2 talks about how to invest your money. Those hard earned money that you saved. Like I said book 2 is the sequel since book 1 talks about how to save money (or so my office mate said).
Book 2 talks about passive income, passive entrepreneurship. It talks about bonds and funds and bank certificates and all other stuff. With continuous flow of passive income, you could probably afford a Condo Hotels. And just like Robert Kiyosaki’s ‘Rich Dad, Poor Dad‘, it also mentioned investments in real estate. Since I mentioned real estate, beaufort nc real estate is also a good choice!
Right now, I’m somewhere in the middle of book 1. Will let you know how it end up. :-) But, I tell you, it’s a real good good book!

When my first post for Smorty was approved, I was delighted that I will be paid! But apparently, there was complication with PayPal and the Philippines.

Every single day, I’ve been checking my Smorty account if they’ve already sent my payments (for the 4th time). And finally today, I was able to received it! Through PayPal!

How did I do it? The idea was given to me by Sasha. I told her that my Smorty payments are bouncing and when I told paypal about it, they said that paypal service (at least receiving money) to the Philippines is not (yet) allowed.

Anyway, Kapitbahay (sasha) suggested that if I know someone from the States (or anywhere as long as Paypal is accepted) I should ask them a favor and received the payment from their paypal account. I was thinking of my counterpart in Minneapolis or in Australia, but instead I asked my college bud who is in Singapore. He agreed and.. viola!

I know it’s not much but 50 buck is 50 bucks! ;)

Could be that school has started and the kids no longer have extra money or they have no time to visit the Shop to play, either way, the business is slow.

Yesterday’s earnings was the lowest to date, since we started this computer shop business.

The air conditioning system for the shop will arrive this afternoon. I hope that it will, in a way, attract extra customer and not just consume more electricity. And to that topic, Auto air conditioning of the starex van must also be fixed as well as rear spoilers.
Need more promo. Need more gimmicks. Business is slow.

My mom arrived last Monday from Damman, KSA. To bad I wasn’t there to greet her. But that’s alright, there was a family gathering that night, and I was there. She has lots of stuff she brought along with her. Her 2 luggage, though not Samsonite luggage was so full and jam packed, not including her jewelry and Akoya pearls, Audemars Piguet watch and other personal stuffs.

Mom only spent 3 months in Saudi. Her trip back home really was unexpected. It was not planned. Certain circumstances abrupt her stay there with my father.

My brother and I is planning to put up a car wash business here in our area. We’ve been talking about putting up another small business. This car wash business thing came up when we were thinking of ways to spend the money that the computer shop is earning.. :).. good thing instead of spending it, we use it as the capital for another venture.. hehehe, .. sounds like the Palad bros are becoming (budding) entrepreneurs.. :)

Anyway the post is about Matthew.. He can walk! Sure he’s been walking one, two steps few days back, but today, he really can walk! from one side of the house to the other! hehehe..nakakatawa lang kasi kenkoy pa, kitang kita mo sa muka na nagba-balance.. cute cute.. :)

Bilis na naman ng panahon… soon, magsasalita na yan.. then, school.. then.. pause muna.. enjoy ko muna every bit ng pagka baby nya!

So tonight and last night na matutulog ko dito sa bahay… kasi bukas magdamag akong gising at nagbabantay na naman ng (darating) na mga problema sa sistema..

Been watching season 1 of Prison Break for the last 2 days.. Ayus din ah.. maganda sya… What’s it all about? Well, they’re trying to break out of prison.. ;) hehehe… It’s about Michael Scofield trying to free his brother, Lincoln Burrows in the Fox State Penitentiary, who is in the death row. Ganda sya, I recommend it just like my brother Dennis recommended it to me.. :)

Maliban sa prison break, nagbantay lang ako ng computer shop all day…. Katunayan dun ko nga pinapanood ung tv series eh.. hehehe.. also this afternoon, special ang miryenda, kasi may picturan pa.. hehehe..

That sums it up… Buong 4 days na rest day…. pretty much boring.. :)

My first of four rest days is almost over… I’m here at the shop numbing my butt out (been sitting here for hours now) and writing today’s entry. (I’m waiting for my last customer to finish her chat, so I can close this place up)
