Bse7ven Mobile Phone with Integrated TV Receiver
I mentioned on my other blog that my mom bought this new phone made from South Korea (imported by SM appliances apparently). The main feature that you’ll notice is its ability to receive local TV signal/channel. Cool stuff since 3G (MyTV) is now being offered on Smart and Globe.
Looking at the unit’s box, the Bse7ven phone has several models. I think my mom got the Bse7ven 1288 Dual Sim model but all of them apparently has the same features.
And here they are as copied literally from the packaging (will some side comments):
- Free TV function
- Bluetooth
- Long stand-by (It could mean Long Battery Life)
- Wireless FM, free radion (I think it mean radio, and they pay for that?!)
- Hight clear MP4 moive (Yes, I know. That’s movie)
- Inner memory (My guess? ‘Internal’ memory too!)
- High clear touch LCD (You re-phrase it… I got what it meant.)
- Double speaker — stereo 3D music
- T-falsh card (or is it flash?)
For a basic cellphone functionality, the Bse7ven mobile phone really does the job. Since an ordinary phone user only needs to call and send instant messages, the mp3, mp4 and specially Free Television is a big big plus.
Before you rush out to the store and buy one of these, please consider that this is not a branded phone, meaning it’s not Nokia or Sony Ericson or Motorola so the quality is not that good (compared to the big players). My mom dropped it bed high and the LCD went black by the way (but the people at SM replaced it after a long discussion).
Here’s what the phone looks like when you’re watching static a TV program…

Will update the post to include low resolution photos. Visit again soon ayt?
